These terms apply when you use Long Range Tipping, create or join a competition, or purchase a managed setup package.

Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account and for the competition names, descriptions, sponsor details, and invitations you publish.
Competitions and tipping
Long Range Tipping records tips and calculates results using available fixture and match data. Organisers control competition visibility, membership, and deadlines. Unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise, prizes and participant disputes are the organiser's responsibility.
Fair use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, publish unlawful material, or use a competition to mislead participants. Access may be restricted to protect users or the service.
Paid packages
Pro Comp Setup and Sponsored Comp are one-time managed service packages for one competition. The exact launch work, branding material, sponsor content, timing, and organiser responsibilities will be confirmed before substantial setup work begins. They are not automatic subscriptions.
Availability and data
We aim to keep the service and results current, but fixtures, third-party data, networks, and hosting can change or be interrupted. We may correct scoring or fixture data when reliable updated information becomes available.
Intellectual property and AFL notice
Long Range Tipping's original software, design, and content remain protected by applicable law. Team names and related league material belong to their respective owners. Long Range Tipping is an independent tipping service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the Australian Football League.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our refund approach is set out on the Refund Policy page.
