This policy explains what information Long Range Tipping collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your display name and email address. Your password is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash. We also store the competitions you create or join, your tips, membership activity, deadlines, and organiser settings.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, run competition features, save tips, calculate leaderboards, provide organiser tools, prevent abuse, support purchases, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Payments and service providers
Paid packages use Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes card and billing details under its own privacy terms. Long Range Tipping keeps the order reference, plan, amount, currency, payment status, and purchaser email needed to confirm and support the order. AFL fixture and result data is obtained from Squiggle.
Cookies and sessions
We use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not available to page scripts and is not used for third-party advertising.
Storage and security
Application data is hosted online using Cloudflare services. We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, signed payment webhooks, and login throttling. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your account information. Competition records may need to be retained where required for security, payment support, legal obligations, or the integrity of an active competition.
